New BNSF Switching Book 8005-E Effective September 1, 2023

Effective September 1, 2023, BNSF Switching Book 8005-E, issued August 10, 2023, will replace BNSF Switching Book 8005-D, issued July 11, 2023. All reciprocal switching rules, definitions, BNSF-served open industries, and rates contained in BNSF 8005-D have been canceled and will be carried within BNSF 8005-E going forward.
